Order Dispatch Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders promptly. If additional time is required for order completion, this will be mentioned in the bulletin.

Shipping Information

We offer free shipping within India.

If your order is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact Pearl Art Gallery support@pearlartgallery.com within 30 days of the shipping date. We will file a claim on your behalf for the missing item.

Special Instructions

We are unable to accommodate requests for carriers to leave packages unattended, so please avoid requesting special delivery instructions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Occasionally, packages may not arrive at their destination. If the carrier confirms delivery of the package, we will not send a replacement order. In such cases, any claims for missing packages marked as delivered should be directed to the carrier.
