At Pearl Art Gallery, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Shipping and Returns Policy (India)
Our delivery partner is Delhivery. To track your orders or return status, click Delhivery.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to ship your order within India. We strongly advise you to carefully review all product details, including size, length, weight, and finish, before placing your order. Each product page includes high-resolution images and all available information. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
Every product undergoes multiple quality checks before it is dispatched. We do not offer refunds once an order is placed; however, we do offer exchanges. Please note that no refunds will be issued, and your product is eligible for a one-time exchange only. Each exchange request is treated individually.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are available only in the case of:
- Damage during transit
- Sizing issues or defects
- Delivery of the wrong product
Exchanges will be provided as a coupon code (excluding shipping charges) that can be applied at checkout. This coupon code will not expire. No exchanges will be granted for sale items.
Please Note: You will received coupon code within 24 hours when refund request verification process is complete.
If an item is not available for exchange within the coupon validity period, please contact us at support@pearlartgallery.com, and we can suspend and renew the coupon when the desired product is restocked.
Important: Conditions Under Which Claims Cannot Be Made
- The jewellery should not come into contact with chemicals, including perfumes and cleaning agents.
- Avoid exposing jewellery to hot water, steam, or showers for extended periods.
- Do not subject the jewellery to mechanical strain.
- Keep jewellery away from dusty environments.
- Always remove the jewellery before performing heavy or rough tasks.
Steps to Request an Exchange
We take special care to ensure products are securely packaged before shipping. However, in the rare event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, along with a detailed unboxing video and photographs.
Please be aware that complaints related to damage or missing items will only be considered if accompanied by an unboxing video showing the entire process—from opening the outer package to revealing the jewellery—without any pauses or edits.
To initiate an exchange, email us at support@pearlartgallery.com with your order number in the subject line, and include images of the product and packaging, along with your reason for the exchange.
Approval for exchange rests with our team. The product must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm the damage or issue and notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
If the exchange is approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days, with additional shipping costs applicable. Please note that the full exchange process may take up to 21 days from pick-up to delivery.
Product Photographs and Colours
We photograph all products in natural light to capture colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Additionally, as most of our products are handcrafted, minor variations may occur.
